Your leadership are people too and even though they often aren’t allowed to show it, it’s an important item to concentrate attention.
The C in C-Suite should stand for Creative. Leadership modeling creative authenticity is the “new management” style and why not… it’s just more fun. However, I understand change is difficult especially when people don’t naturally feel ease doing it. As upper management you know change needs to happen. Yet, where to start and how to do it that doesn’t stir things too fast?
Here’s the good news… it isn’t required that a whole systematic plan be tested and vetted. All that is required I call the “double sided domino”. It’s a technique that utilizes physics and logic to create a catalyst for lasting change. Something that seems so big like changing a culture doesn’t have to be so.
